Your time needs to be well spent and an introductory meeting is the best way to get started.

What to expect

Your therapy journey starts with an initial call and assessment covering health records, relationships and your reason(s) for seeking treatment. We can then begin outlining our body of work together and the sessions required. We can also discuss suitable referral options. 

All sessions take place face-to-face or online (video or phone), depending on your preference and location. There's no requirement to have your camera on for our online sessions; the emphasis is on being comfortable enough to show up, open up, and do the work.

Accredited therapist

My approach is deeply relational and dynamic. I'll support you and, with empathy and understanding, confront the narratives and beliefs you hold about yourself (and others when needed). This creates space for meaningful, lasting change.
